成份: 蟲草花、湘蓮、茨實、猴頭菇、百合、玉竹、螺片、淮山
功效: 補氣補腎,健脾胃, 滋陰
烹調方法:
1. 螺片用清水浸1小時備用
2. 猴頭菇用水浸三十分鐘, 待軟透榨乾水份再換水浸泡 。重複步驟至水變清晰。最後剪掉蒂部, 搾乾水待用
3. 蟲草花用水浸泡10分鐘後洗淨瀝水
4. 百合、玉竹清水浸約30分鐘
5. 洗淨其它所有材料
6. 所有材料連2000亳升開水一同大火煲滾後轉文火煲約2小時
7. 加少許鹽調味
** 可按個人喜好加配料: 豬展 /瘦肉

1. Soak the sea whelk slices in clean water for 1 hour.
2. Soak the monkey head mushrooms in water for 30 minutes, squeeze water out, and then change clean water to soak again. Repeat the steps until water becomes clear. Finally cut off the pedicle, squeeze water out and set aside
3. Soak the Cordyceps flower in water for 10 minutes, then rinse and drain
4. Soak lily bulb and polygonatum root in water for about 30 minutes
5. Wash all other ingredients
6. All ingredients are boiled together with 2000ml of boiling water and then turn to a slow boil for about 2 hours
7. Add a little salt to taste
** Add ingredients according to personal preference: pork shank / lean meat
