成份: 海底椰、無花果、雪梨、陳皮、桔餅、 川貝母、雪蛤殼
功效: 祛痰止咳,清熱潤肺,清心安神
烹調方法
1. 陳皮浸泡10分鐘後刮瓤洗淨 。
2. 無花果洗淨,剪開一半。
3. 洗淨其它所有材料
4. 所有材料連2500亳升開水一同大火煲滾後轉文火煲約2小時
** 可按個人喜好加配料: 豬展 /瘦肉 或 粟米、紅蘿蔔素湯。
1. Soak the tangerine peel for 10 minutes and then scrape off the pith.
2. Wash the figs and cut them in half.
3. Wash all other ingredients
4. All the ingredients are boiled together with 2500ml of boiling water and then turn to a slow boil for about 2 hours
** Add ingredients according to personal preference: pork shank/lean meat or vegetarian corn and carrot soup.
