漁家昆布海草大山地湯

成份: 昆布、 海草、山地、牛皮

功效: 能清熱解毒、生津潤便，對青春痘有顯著療效，是排毒護膚良湯

烹調方法:

1. 昆布與海草用清水浸洗30分鐘，輕輕把材料取起，讓沙石沉底。
2. 所有材料連2000亳升開水一同大火煲滾後轉文火煲約2小時
5. 加少許鹽調味
** 可按個人喜好加配料: 豬展 /瘦肉或 腰果素湯， 粟米、 馬蹄、 紅蘿蔔。

1. Soak the kombu and seaweed in clean water for 30 minutes, gently raise the material, and let sand sink to the bottom
2. All ingredients are boiled together with 2000ml of boiling water and then turn to a slow boil for about 2 hours
5. Add a little salt to taste
** You can add ingredients according to personal preference: pork shank/lean meat or cashew nut soup, corn, water chestnuts , carrots
